The 2024 Lottery 3 Firearm and Muzzleloader application period opens July 11, 2024, and closes August 16, 2024. Apply online.

Effective January 1, 2023, a new Illinois law will allow hunters to use centerfire, single-shot rifles in certain calibers for deer hunting.
