Correct a Dove/Duck/Goose/Upland Game Application

If a correction needs made to your Dove, Duck/Goose, or Upland Game application, please email DNR.Permits1@illinois.gov. Please include your name, date of birth, and IDNR customer number. The majority of correction requests will result in the deletion of the application, and the customer will need to resubmit a new application.

Corrections or cancellations cannot be done once a reservation has been issued.
