Location
The site is in Lake Creek Township of central Williamson County on the west side of Liberty School Road. Otey-Grisley Nature Preserve is 0.25 miles south.
Description
Grisley Woods Land and Water Reserve is comprised of dry-mesic woodland complex, wet-mesic floodplain forest, and old field communities. The herbaceous layer is particularly diverse within the woodland community. The reserve provides habitat for six state-listed avian species and twenty avian Species in Greatest Need of Conservation.
