Project Title: Status and Distribution Assessment of the Eryngium Stem Borer Moth in Illinois

Goals/Objectives:
- Conduct genetic analysis of Illinois populations
- Confirm current status and distribution
- Develop species-specific habitat suitability assessment criteria
- Monitor current status and distribution
Achievements:
- Determination of genetic viability within, and compatibility between, populations
- Surveys conducted at all known EOs and historical locations, as well as suitable habitats
- A field guide pamphlet for staff use
