Project Title: Grassland Habitat Restoration at Prairie Ridge State Natural Area

Community and/or Species Focus: Grasslands, SGCN at Prairie State Natural Area

Goals/Objectives:
  1. Maintain, enhance, and develop over 4,000 acres of grassland habitat
  2. Management actions will include prescribed fire, invasive species control, boundary protection, planting native vegetation, and hydrology restoration
Achievements:
  1. ​Maintained and enhanced grassland habitat complexes that benefit and support SGCN, area-sensitive wildlife, and non-target species
