Project Title: Kickapoo Creek Stream Restoration Project - Phase III

Community and/or Species Focus:

 Kickapoo Creek

Goals/Objectives:
  1. Implement in-stream habitat restoration practices
  2. Monitor fish populations for post-restoration evaluation
Achievements:
  1. ​Implemented in-stream restoration, rock riffles, and bank stabilization within 3,000 ft of a two-stage ditch project on a west branch of Kickapoo headwaters
  2. Implemented monitoring efforts successfully: fish present pre-restoration had increased and other species have become consistently present
