Project Title: Office of Resource Conservation (ORC) Management Activities Tracking System (MATS Phase II)

Goals/Objectives:
  1. Prioritize the needs among ORC divisions and/or programs
  2. Analysis of chosen MATS module
  3. Establish a Project Management Methodology (PMM)
  4. Design a logical database structure and web-based interfaces
  5. Construct, test, and deploy MATS module
Achievements:
  1. ​ Assessments and analyses were completed for 30 Private Land Habitat Plans, the W-76-D Project, Public Land Habitat Development, and ORC Burn Plan Policy
  2. A WILDLIFEHABITATMATS Working Project Team was created
  3. Developed a logical database structure and web-based interface formats
  4. Development testing & implementation of the system are underway, and system training is under development
