Project Title: Raccoon Creek Restoration and Reconnection
Community and/or Species Focus:
Fish, Mussels, Rivers, Wetlands
Goals/Objectives:
- Return populations of fish and mussels to Raccoon Creek through reconnection to Pecatonica and Rock Rivers and a nearby lake and wetland
Achievements:
- Restoration was complete, which restored quality habitat for native species
- Fish species in the stream increased by 100%
