Project Title: Wapello Land & Water Reserve Habitat Restoration


Community and/or Species Focus:

 Prairies, Forests

Goals/Objectives:
  1. Restore forested areas and crop fields with native vegetation within the Wapello Land & Water Reserve
Achievements:
  1. ​Invasive species were removed and managed
  2. Restored a former crop field (68 acres) to natural short grass mesic prairie
  3. Enhanced 12 acres of upland forest
