- Volunteer Network - Thousands of volunteers are used at all the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Park sites every year and are a major asset in maintaining the parks natural and recreational resources. Without the volunteers we would not be able to maintain the parks and manage them as well as we do.
