Candidates for Shaft & Slope Supervisor Must:

• Be a citizen of the United States or lawfully admitted for permanent residence
• Document 3 Years Practical Shaft & Slope Sinking Experience (Document 18 Months Exp. with Mining Engineering Degree)
• Possess Valid Shaft & Slope Examiners Papers
• Be of Good Repute and Temperate Habits
• Document First Aid & Mine Rescue Training Pass Examination

• Application Completed
• 3 Years Experience Documented
• State Mine Inspector Approves Application
• Pass Temporary Examination
