Every year, we hire hundreds of seasonal Conservation Workers to support the heart of our operations; maintaining trails, campgrounds, pavilions, and visitor areas during the busiest months for recreation, camping, and hunting. Whether it’s mowing grass, painting park structures, helping keep facilities clean, or assisting visitors at historic sites, your work helps ensure that everyone can enjoy safe, welcoming, and beautiful natural spaces across Illinois.

What You’ll Need:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be 17 or older
  • Availability to work weekends
