Fishing
Fishing is allowed along the banks of the Mississippi & Ohio rivers. Anglers generally are successful catching catfish and striped bass along with many other species.
Picnicking
There are picnic tables under the observation building, and scattered about the site. Visitors can pick up some good local BBQ in Cairo, and enjoy the always present breeze and wonderful view.
