Junior Naturalist Series (JNS)
The Junior Naturalist Series (JNS) at William W. Powers SRA is for all budding naturalists between the ages of 8 and 11 years old. In this program, students will learn skills to identify native species and uncover aspects of their unique ecologies along the way. Four variations are currently offered: Mammalogy (Study of Mammals), Entomology (Study of Insects), Botany (Study of Plants), and Mycology (Study of Fungi).
