Swedish Christmas time is in full swing in Bishop Hill. Explore this historic village and enjoy seasonal Swedish foods, music, gifts, and traditions. Unique activities and amusements will be available throughout Bishop Hill across two weekends.
Nov. 28-29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Nov. 30, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Dec.r 6, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Dec. 7, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Colony Church will be open for self-guided tours both weekends from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Cookie baking at the historic Bjorklund Hotel from 1 to 3 p.m.
Dec. 6-7
Edible Christmas tree ornament workshop at historic Bjorklund Hotel from 1 to 3 p.m. Peanut butter and birdseed are used. Ornaments may be taken home or left at the hotel to be placed on the Bishop Hill Park’s Christmas tree during the tree lighting on Lucia Nights Dec.12-13.
