Starved Rock Saplings Storytime-Ice Age Mammals
Description
Sid, Diego, and Manny won't be there but park naturalists will introduce you to ground sloths, giant beavers, short-faced bears, ancient bison, mammoths, and more! The program will include a storybook story read to the participants, educational craft, and either an outdoor or indoor activity.
All programs are free but donations to help with the cost of supplies that the Starved Rock Foundation purchases is always welcome at www.starvedrock.org.
Starved Rock Saplings Storytime is suitable for children ages 3 to 10 with an accompanying adult chaperone.
