Over-the-counter deer firearm permit sales begin on Tuesday, Oct. 20. Due to recent software updates beyond IDNR’s control, some vendors may have limited availability to print permits and licenses. IDNR is working closely with the license system provider to quickly address the issue for those vendors. To locate unaffected vendors, use the agent locator at https://www.exploremoreil.com/agentlocator.

At this time, the ESPB is only able to make available for download the publications listed below.  Because the ESPB does not have digital versions of some publications, the PDFs of some publications were produced by scanning hard-copy documents, so the resolution and print quality varies.  Additional publications will be posted as they become available. (Hard-copy versions of some publications may be available for order via the Illinois Department of Natural Resources Clearinghouse.)
