We will again offering limited scholarships for applicants with financial need.

Registration Process. This is a new process, so please feel free to call or email BOW coordinator with any questions. I am happy to help and want to make this as easy as possible for all.

1.       At 8:00 am on Saturday July 13th, 2024 there will be an updated posting on this website with a link to the Registration.

2.       ONE form per person.

3.      Registration Link will direct you to a Google Form to fill out and submit

4.       This workshop registration will be open until we receive 80 registrants. (20% of spots are reserved for NEW participants) Forms will be counted in the order they are received.  You will be notified within 72 hours if your application was successful. You will also be notified if you are put on a waitlist.

5.       Successful applicants will get an email with a link for you to pay online. You must submit payment in full by July 21st, 2024 in order to keep your spot. If you do not, someone from the waitlist will be allowed to register in your place.

7.       You must pay in full – the $270 workshop fee. Some classes require small additional fees, these can be paid in cash at the workshop (the registration form will indicate which classes require additional fees)

8.       If you are unable to pay electronically, please coordinate with lisa.demeule@illinois.gov before the deadline to arrange for an alternate form of payment.

9.       You will be notified by email once all payments and registrations have been processed. You will then receive confirmation of classes as well as additional details about the BOW weekend in general. 

TECH HELP

Technology is great, until it isn’t. I don’t want anyone to be frustrated by this process, so if all else fails and you are not able to submit the Google Form, please take a screenshot or a picture of the form, and email it to me.  I will make sure to note the time of the email and you will be put in the correct order of registrations.
