A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

Coastal Management Program Grantee Information

Congratulations on your IDNR Coastal Management Program grant! We see great potential in your project and are pleased to provide funding to support your work.  

This Grantee Information webpage includes a downloadable manual for grantees, grant reporting and reimbursement forms, and other important information and documents. We strongly recommend reviewing the manual in its entirety as soon as you receive a signed grant agreement. It includes direct links to the forms and resources here. 

While it is your responsibility to know and follow these procedures, our Coastal Management Program staff are always available to answer questions and provide clarity. Please contact us as often as necessary.

Grantees must acknowledge IDNR, the Coastal Management Program, and our Federal funding source (most often National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration) on all printed and online project materials. Please see the manual for grantees for specific logo use requirements.

Report Reminders​​

Linking below will open an Outlook calendar reminder with periodic performance report and reimbursement request deadlines. Simply accept the calendar requests and the report deadlines will be entered in your Outlook calendar. Please note, however, that final report deadlines vary, so these calendar reminders do not include one for your final report.

Reimbursement Payment Status

It typically takes the Coastal Management program office six to eight weeks to process your request after we've received ALL required reimbursement documentation from you. Once it is processed by our office you can check the status of your reimbursement payment at State of IL Comptroller's Office​
